What kind of diet should i go on if i really want to loss allot of weight? HELP!!?


I gained allot of weight with my second child and i am over weight i really want to loss it but don't know what to do besides exercise what should i do i need help asap!!

Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times, you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly , low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of weight loss.

The fastest way to weight loss is by taking weight loss pills and supplements. But the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive. Most people believe that diet pills and supplements will solved their overweight problems overnight. If you are taking diet pills & supplements to weight loss, the moment you stop taking the pill, your weight will reverse back to where you start and sometime worst or you will be hook to the diet pills in order for you to maintain your idea weight.

What weight loss pills are most effective and can be be bought with a reasonable budget?

I am looking for a weight loss pill that is effective and could be bought at a reasonable price. I am also going to the gym 5 days a week for an hr and half. Any suggestions are welcome.
