How Do I Plan Out My Weight-loss plan?
School is out, and I have about 3 months to loose weight. My question is, how should i make my plan? I'm 5'3 and I'm 150 pounds. Please help! I have the determination, but idk where to start!
I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Eating large amounts of sugar adds extra calories, which can cause weight gain. What would be a good weight loss plan for the summer?
I am 14 and overweight, I want to lose 30-40 pounds this summer, over three months. Can anyone give me a good plan, no pills or programs, i can cook and stuff. So what would ne a good plan?

First, you have to ask yourself whether you are willing to work hard and give what it takes to see results. You have to question whether your current physique…or your food cravings are more important to you. If you crave to have a great body more than you do to satisfy your sweet tooth, then you are ready to get started.
A good exercise regimen varies it exercise selection, rest times, and intensity. Your workout plan must consist of 3-5 days of consistent exercising anywhere from 30-45 minutes per day. Consider taking a walk around your neighborhood. Twice a week you need to have a moderate level of training, such as power walking, for 45 minutes. Three days each week you should exercise 30 minutes hard. Try biking outdoors or hiking to mix things up.
In order to burn large amounts of body fat, and thus lose weight, you have to exercise at the right intensity. Sweat is essential because it means you are exercising intense enough to burn fat, which translates into weight loss if you continue to make the efforts every week.
Drink plenty of water. On average it's recommended that you drink half your body weight in ounces of water. However, if you are working out you need to add a minimum of 20 additional ounces. A great way to accomplish this is to "pre-hydrate" yourself every morning by drinking a rather large glass of water just after waking and about 20-30 minutes before breakfast.
However, if you think just changing your activity levels will get you the results you are looking for you are very mistaken. You need to make solid daily commitments with your diet if you are ever going to get to your weight loss goals. Diet is perhaps THE most important key to getting your ideal physique.
Most of all, you need to eliminate food choices that contain a lot of choices. For every serving of sugar you have, it is the equivalent of negating the effects of a workout. So, if you eat junk yet workout everyday, it is unlikely you will see any change in your weight except gaining fat!
Find what gets you motivated. Find something to get you motivated every single day this summer so you can use the great weather to catapult you into summer weight loss success! If it means listening to music while you workout…then do it. If it means working out with a partner…then find one. Do what you have to do, but make the choice now to get moving toward your weight loss goals by taking action!
