Losing weight: Healthy ways, and unhealthy ways…?


I have been curious. There are many ways to lose weight. Taking your time and losing it in a healthy way, or attempting to try to get the easy way out and lose it quickly in an unhealthy manner.
Name as many as you can?

okay my easy way outs….wow lol here they go:
atkins-great diet in the start, horrible in the end you end up gaining more than what you started with
weight loss pills-don't work at all, "eat whatever you want and still loose weight" highly doubt it, maybe with calories

the healthy ways
weight watchers-not really healthy but it does help loose weight, there's tricks to it.
exercising & counting calories- which is what i'm doing now and boy does it work :) lost over 20 lbs in a month and a half or so
